Marlene repaired (2) pairs of glasses for me with a smile on her face at 5:30p. She could have told me to come back tomorrow but she didn’t. Her energy and enthusiasm was palpable and refreshing. Marlene even encouraged and showed me several different pairs of glasses to consider. She also wrote in her notes that I was welcome to come back next week and try on more! I left the office thinking about who I could share my exceptional experience with…so I’m sharing it with you! Everyone should have an opportunity when purchasing eyeglasses to experience “Marlene M”.
