Marlene M. “Eyeglass Specialist” made me “feel” Seen and Significant through her unforgettable and extraordinary customer service demeanor. Marlene repaired (2) pairs of glasses for me with a smile on her face at 5:30p. She could have told me to come back tomorrow but she didn’t. Her energy and enthusiasm was palpable and refreshing. Marlene even encouraged and showed me several different pairs of glasses to consider. She also wrote in her notes that I was welcome to come back next week and try on more! I left the office thinking about who I could share my exceptional experience with…so I’m sharing it with you! Everyone should have an opportunity when purchasing eyeglasses to experience “Marlene M”. I needed an appointment to confirm no retina involvement with a new issue. They immediately offered appointment time. From my first call into the staff through the process of dilation, imaging and examination, I was treated with respect and compassion. I value the staff and have known Dr. Durkin for years. I trust this team with my vision!

From the front desk staff to the doctors, this office is so pleasant and easy to work with. I was able to get a same day appointment for a worrying eye issue and Dr. Stimson's exam was very thorough. She explained in detail what the issue was and how to fix it. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs.

Dr. Durkin quickly identified a problem, i had with my eye, and came up with an excellent solution. His staff was professional, efficient, and very personable. The whole experience was excellent.
